It is with much sadness that the family regret to announce the passing of George. Passed away peacefully at Rugby St Cross on Thursday 20th November 2025, aged 89 years. This site is a tribute to George Wood. He is much loved and will always be remembered. A Funeral service in celebration for George’s life is to take place at The Heart Of England Crematorium on Monday 22nd December 2025 at 12:30pm. Family flowers only but donations if desired are to be divided between Cancer Research UK & Air Ambulance and can be made on the day or online atgeorge-ellies-wood.muchloved.com.
