Would like to thank stephanie for been so kind and compassionate whilst our family arranged my moms funeral, stephanie was amazing and patient with us and helped at a difficult time that little bit easier.. Stephanie and all of the staff helped make my mum’s funeral a very special and memorable event. I could not fault their compassion, their respect for us, as a grieving family and their attention to detail when making such arrangements. We were made to feel as if our loss were their priority at a time when we were aware how busy they were with other bereaved families. That is a real skill to make everyone feel so special. Stephanie was so passionate with us as we went through arrangements for our son. We had never arranged a funeral before and we wanted to make it so special. Stephanie helped us all the way and we were so proud of how the funeral went. Every detail was so perfect. MG Evan’s have done funeral's for both my parents this year.
We found them to be very approachable, sympathetic and made us feel confident they listened to what we wanted with   compassion .
They kept us informed and updated on everything ,nothing was too much trouble .we were made to feel like the funeral was their most important.

This has been a very difficult time with dad suffering with mixed dementia but right from the offset, Stephanie has gone above and beyond to make sure the day went well, messaging me back late of an evening with reassurance. On the day of the funeral Matthew was very calming and put myself and the family at ease, he had time to talk and listen.
