Francis William Holloway “Frank”

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Francis William Holloway, known to all as Frank, who passed away peacefully at Hartshill Care Home on 25th August 2026, aged 96 years.

Frank was a much-loved and devoted husband to his late wife, Sheila and a loving and cherished Dad to Richard and Davina. He was a proud and caring Grandfather to David and Harriet, and a dear friend to so many throughout his long and well-lived life.

Frank was a kind, gentle and much-loved man who touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him. He will be remembered with great affection for the love, warmth and happiness he brought to his family and friends, and for the many precious memories he leaves behind.  Although he is no longer with us, Frank will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved him. His loss will be deeply felt, but so too will the joy of having shared so many wonderful years with him.

Frank’s funeral service will take place at Heart of England Crematorium on Monday 21st September 2026 at 11:00am.

All family and friends are warmly invited to attend the service and join us in saying our final farewell to Frank.

Following the service, all are warmly invited to join the family for a wake celebrating Frank’s life at The Wolferstan Arms, Main Road, Shuttington, Tamworth, B79 0DP.

Frank leaves behind a lifetime of love, memories and stories that will never be forgotten. He was deeply loved, will be greatly missed, and will remain in our hearts forever.

Rest peacefully, Frank. You will always be loved, always remembered, and forever missed.
