Beloved Husband of the late Joan,
passed away peacefully on 12th November 2023, aged 91 years.

Derek will be sadly missed by all of his friends, neighbours
and those who knew him, and loved him.

Funeral Service to take place at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton
on Tuesday 12th December at 2:00pm.

Family flowers only please.
