In loving memory of Keith who sadly passed away on the 7th July aged 74 years.
A much loved husband to Maureen, cherished father to Rachel, Steven and Lisa and adored grandad to Tyler and Khloe.
A service to celebrate Keith’s life will take place at Polesworth Abbey on Wednesday 6th August at 1.30pm followed by a private committal for close family. A wake will follow at Polesworth working men’s club after the service where the family will meet you following the private committal.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired are gratefully accepted in support of Pancreatic cancer.
