In Loving Memory of Hazel who sadly passed away on 21st September 2024 at St Joseph’s Care Home aged 90 years.
She was much loved and will greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 29th October 2024
12.15pm at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium.
