Dedicated to the memory of Jim
It is with much sadness that the family regret to announce the passing of James Anthony McDonnell known to many as Jim. Passed away peacefully at Caldwell Grange care home, Nuneaton on Saturday 26th September 2026, aged 83 years.
Devoted husband to Angela, much loved dad to Rory, and Grainne, cherished step dad to Keri and Mark, beloved brother to Chris, Tom and late sister Mary. Loving grandad to Joseph, Patrick, Gabriel, Thomas, Lyra and Amelie, brother in law to Lisa, Barbara and Rose and father in law to Gayle & Roland.
Honouree president of the Nuneaton Ramblers.
A Funeral service in celebration for Jim’s life is to take place at The Heart Of England Crematorium on Monday 19th October 2026 at 1:15 pm. Family flowers only but donations if desired are to be forwarded in memory of Jim to Mary Ann Evans Hospice and can be on the day as we exit the crematorium chapel or online at james-anthony-mcdonnell.muchloved.com.
