In Loving Memory of David Stuart Coles
1967 – 2026
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Stuart Coles, who sadly passed away on 4th August 2026, at George Eliot Hospital surrounded by his family, following a short illness, aged 59 years.
A much-loved husband to Maria, devoted dad to Sara and Jordan, and cherished grandad to Jessie, Louis, Albi and Orla.
David was a dearly loved brother and uncle, and a friend to so many. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
David was also a much-loved companion to his faithful dog, Inky, who was a very special part of his life.
David’s funeral service will take place on Friday 18th September 2026 at 12.30pm
Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton
In true David style, we would love everyone to wear a token of red in his memory, as a proud Liverpool FC fan.
If you wish to make a donation in David’s memory, the family would be grateful for donations to Mary Garth Ward at George Eliot Hospital, who were amazing in caring for David and supporting him and his family during his final days.

Following the service, everyone is warmly welcome at the Legion to raise a glass, share memories and celebrate the life of the wonderful man that David was.
David was one of a kind — loved deeply, remembered fondly, and missed more than words can say.
