George Rex Bickley

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George “Rex” Bickley, who passed away peacefully on 16th May 2026, aged 91 years.

A much-loved dad, grandad, great-grandad and great-great-grandad, Rex will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Now reunited with his beloved wife, Doreen, who passed away 19 years ago, he leaves behind a lifetime of treasured memories and a family who will forever hold him close in their hearts.

The funeral service will take place on Friday 3rd July 2026 at 12:30pm at Heart of England Crematorium.

All are welcome to join the family at the Conservative club after the funeral service, to further share memories & celebrate Rex’s life.

Family flowers only and donations, if desired to the Arbury Lodge Intermediate Care Unit at the George Eliot Hospital.

Forever loved, always remembered, never forgotten.
