Veronica Jean Richards “Vera”

Passed away peacefully on 29th March 2026 at Mockley Manor Nursing Home, aged 81 years, surrounded by care and compassion.

Beloved wife of the late John, much loved and devoted mother to Lynette and Deborah, a proud and cherished nanny to Connor, Oceane and Xanthe, and a treasured friend to so many whose lives she touched with her warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit.  Vera will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

A private funeral service to celebrate Vera’s life will be held on Monday 27th April 2026 at 10:00 am at Holy Trinity Church, Warton, for Vera’s family and close friends, followed by burial in the churchyard.
