Dr Brian Worth Chant
(1931–2026)
Former GP at Polesworth and Dordon Surgery.
Brian sadly passed away at home on 21st March 2026, aged 94 years.
A loving husband to Joan, devoted dad to Ian, David and Michael, and a much-loved grandad to Emma, Chloe and Ethan, Brian will be greatly missed by all his family, friends, and the many patients whose lives he touched throughout his long and dedicated career.
Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 21st April 2026 at 10:15am at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton.
