MATTISON – Doreen Elsie
15th January 1944 – 17th February 2026

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Doreen on 17th February
2026 at Good Hope Hospital. She was surrounded by the love of her family in the
last precious days of her life.

Doreen was the much-loved wife of the late George, and a proud and loving mum to
Becky, Louise and Dan. She was a cherished Granny to Tom, Harry, Elsie and
Caitlin, a wonderful mother-in-law and a dear friend to many.

Funeral service to be held at Hopwas Methodist Chapel, Hints Road on Wednesday
1 st April 2026 at 11 am, followed by committal at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium.

Everyone is welcome, and Doreen would love for those attending to look smart with
a splash of colour.

The family warmly invite you to join them afterwards at The Tame Otter, Hints Road,
Hopwas.
